Technical Data.

- AISI 304 stainless steel band with a minimum thickness of 0.8 mm and a minimum width of 200 mm.

- Clamps made of spheroidal cast iron GS 500-7UNI EN 1563 coated with epoxy powder with a minimum thickness of 250 microns.

- Sheet metal clamping on the cast iron clamp, by means of sturdy stainless steel rod, housed in special housing.

- Gasket* made of NBR nitrile rubber, 60 shore hardness, with 1.5-mm-thick vulcanized AISI 304 stainless steel insert in the clamp closure area.

- Rubber in accordance with DM 174.

- Hex head screws with partial thread and hex nut according to UNI 5587, made of class 6.S steel, coated with Zn/Fe galvanizing protection and tropical hexavalent chromium passivation.

*On request possibility of EPDM gasket conforming to DGS/VS4 circular and EPDM conforming to WRC BS 6920 requirements, for use on potable water pipelines.
