Are produced with two layers (black inner and blue outer) or in three layers (blue inner, black middle and blue outer) coextruded with PE100 RC polyethylene (MRS 10 Mpa), with very high resistance to cracking (resistance to slow fracture growth SCG>8760 hours according to ISO 13479 test and FNCT>8760 hours according to ISO 16770 test);

have characteristics in accordance with EN 12201 and ISO 4427 standards, the scope of which involves the pressurized distribution of water for human use, including transport before treatments;

meet current sanitary and hygiene regulatory requirements (Ministerial Decree 21/3/73 and Ministerial Decree No. 174 of 6/4/04)

comply with the requirements of EN 1622 to safeguard the organoleptic properties (odor and taste) of transported water;

are declared to comply with DVGW GW323 and PAS 1075 (Type 2) technical specifications for installation without the sand bed or without excavation and certified according to PAS 1075;

guarantee an extraordinarily high standard of safety by virtue of their excellent tolerance to surface scratches and point loads, ensuring an exceptionally long service life;

constitute the ideal solution to the problems associated with the laying of pipelines, contributing to the overall reduction of installation and maintenance costs of underground networks (up to 50% savings compared to sand-bed laying), while retaining the characteristic advantages of polyethylene pipes: lightness, flexibility, ease of jointing.

  • Certification of compliance with EN 12201 linked to the manufacturer, production site, with clear reference to the proposed product issued by a third-party body, accredited in accordance with EN ISO/IEC 17065:2012 by an EA (European co-operation for Accreditation) and/or IAF (International Accreditation Forum) member body
  • Compliant with PAS 1075 technical specification (Type 2) for sand-bedless or trenchless installations
  • Declaration of compliance with D.M. 174 on suitability for drinking water use, issued by a leading third-party laboratory and referring to the proposed product, for all materials in contact with the fluid.
