RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal can be requested by natural persons (consumers), i.e. end users who have not purchased goods for commercial or business purposes. Are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal all purchases made by retailers, and / or Holders of VAT and Companies, in accordance with D.L. 206/2005.
The right of withdrawal applies provided that the product is:
- Complete in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise partial withdrawal on part of the product.
- Intact: the product must be returned in original and undamaged packaging, so not opened or used, in respect of resale.
What excludes
the right does not apply to products:
- Packaged products that have been opened or with the warranty seal abraded, and without original packaging.
How to make use of it
- The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the period provided in 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, a written notice to the address indicated in the RMA confirmation email by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The communication can also be sent, within the same deadline, by fax, or email to info@comid.it indicating in the subject line "Right of Withdrawal Request", provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the next 48 hours.
It is essential to summarize your data, the order in question, as well as the reference product code (SKU).
- To proceed with the return procedure, you must fill out the RMA Form in all its fields. The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
How to ship
After obtaining confirmation of acceptance of the case, you must:
- Pack the goods carefully so as to safeguard the product and wrapping from any damage;
- Attach a copy/receipt of purchase to the shipment;
- Attach a clearly visible inscription or label on the outside indicating the return code;
- Ship the goods by express courier to the address indicated in the notice. Please note that products subject to the right of withdrawal travel at the customer's expense and risk.
Refund processing time
If the above procedure is found to be performed correctly, the administration will proceed with the refund by reversal of the payment made, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return at our offices.
Please note : Shipments without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will not be accepted by the Warehouse and will be returned to sender.
