FX series electric submersible pumps (for 6 8 10 12 inch nominal diameter wells) are of the semi-axial, cast iron type.

A special feature of the FX series of having only one type of diffuser for each diameter. Cipermits easy management of disassembled pumps and spare parts. They also have the peculiarity of having a hexagonal type guide shaft for easy maintenance. The guide bushings are made of rubber, coupled with thick chrome-plated bushings for continuous operation in severe conditions, especially suitable for heavy sand. Limpiego may be continuous. Impeller wear rings are rubber (6 and 8 inches) or bronze (10 and 12 inches).

Constructions with B10 bronze impellers are possible.
The couplings are all normalized to NEMA standards, 6 and 8 inches.
The direction of rotation is counterclockwise, seen from the discharge port.

Uses are for clean, nonaggressive water, in particular: withdrawals from deep wells for domestic and industrial use, lifting water systems, flow or sprinkler dirrigation, aqueducts, pressurization, firefighting and flushing systems, autoclave and tank feeds.
